Sarah is the voice behind Neroli Blossoms which she started in 2009 as a way to blab on the internet and share the fun and pretty things she came across. She has a Product Development degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and works as a Product Development Coordinator at a major retailer. She currently resides in Wisconsin where she tries to amuse herself while dreaming of the west.
So what exactly is a neroli blossom and why is it the name of her blog? A neroli is the flower of an orange tree, which gives off the most incredible fresh, clean, citrusy smell. As orange trees are hard to come by in the frigid state of Wisconsin, the only place she ever smelled this amazing scent was on yearly trips to visit her grandparents in Arizona. It wasn't until a few years ago when she discovered that "the Arizona smell" actually had a name and thought it would be the perfect title for her blog - something that reflected happiness, summer, and fresh fruit. Although she really doesn't talk about fruit that often.
Neroli Blossoms Blog is her musings on fashion, food & recipes, interior design, and life. Sometimes she goes way off on the nerd train and blathers on about such things as Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter because she happens to be a huge geek. She's also planning her wedding to her amazing fiance so she tends to go on about that as well.
